A native of Bee County earned her D.D.S. from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio Dental School in 1995. That same year this dental school was recognized as the top dental school in the United States. Afterward, Dr. Shelton served her country as a dentist and as an officer in the Navy for 4 years. She received additional training in oral surgery gaining valuable experience providing dental care to sailors and marines. Dr. Shelton has over twenty years of experience as a dentist having served the dental needs of patients in Kingsville, Austin, and Beeville.
Dr. Elizabeth G. Shelton opened Bee Center for Dentistry in September 2010. She provides general dentistry using up-to-date technology including Pano & Digital x-rays, intraoral cameras, and the office's newest technology CEREC same day crowns.
Graduated from Northern Illinois University with a bachelor's degree in biology. He then attended Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated with his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2010. During his time in dental school, he went on a mission trip to Jamaica, which inspired him to enter into public health after dental school. After graduation, Dr. Fletcher worked at a public health office in Levelland, Texas, for three years. He then moved to San Antonio, Texas, in 2013. Dr. Fletcher joined Dr. Shelton at Bee Center for Dentistry in 2016. Dr. Fletcher is a general dentist who will also be focusing on implants, root canals, and surgical extractions.
Dr. K. Drew Nicely grew up in a humble home in Central China, and attended college in Southern China. She attended Baylor University for graduate school with scholarships and excelled in the area of Geographic Information Systems. She worked for the local governments of Austin and Waco, and then for the E9-1-1 system In Oklahoma City area for many years before she attended dental school at the University of Oklahoma, which is one of the top clinical dental schools in the US. Her heart has always known a calling in the healthcare field. She enjoyed her mission trips to Peru and China, and loved volunteering her time and skills during her clinical training years. She received her DDS degree in 2016 and graduated with many scholarships and awards.
Dr. Nicely loves learning from seasoned practitioners and her patients, and standing in the forefront of innovated technologies to provide better, safer ways of serving her family of patients with love and compassion. She loves and cares for her patients as her own families. She is a general practitioner focusing on pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, geriatric dentistry, esthetics, and gum treatments.
Her husband of 14 years is a Bible teacher and they are both passionate about the Gospel and discipleship. They currently live in Goliad and have a son in middle school.
